Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Package Your Items

Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are attached, and include your packing slip inside the parcel.

Label and Ship

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our coven receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 7-10 business days.
